Return & Exchange Policy

At Mix of Gifts, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in curating and packaging each item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary.
Returns & Exchanges – General Policy
Our return and exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns or exchanges.
If the product was received damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene, customization, or perishability reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Personalized, custom-made or ready-made gift boxes
Perishable goods (flowers, chocolates, cakes, etc.)
Jewelry and accessories (including earrings)
Perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care items
Home décor items like candles, table mats, carpets, and wrapping materials
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected:
Please email us at contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a pickup or replacement, or issue a refund if the item is not replaceable.
You may be asked to return the item before a replacement or refund is processed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed based on your original payment method:
Bank Transfer: Refunded back to your bank account within 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery: We’ll request your bank details and process the refund via bank transfer.
Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a damaged product.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item:
Email or WhatsApp us with the details and photos of the damaged item.
Once approved, send the product back to our return address (shared upon confirmation).
A replacement will be sent once we receive the original item.
Order Cancellations or Changes
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been processed or shipped.
For urgent cancellations, contact us directly.
If the item has already been dispatched or custom-made, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to return your product.
Mix of Gifts is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
