At Mix of Gifts, we believe in making your gift-giving experience simple, joyful, and reliable. Our delivery policy is built around speed, clarity, and customer satisfaction.

Our Delivery Philosophy

  • We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • If there are delivery charges involved, we do not profit from them—you pay what it costs us.

  • Our goal is to underpromise and overdeliver—you’ll often get your order sooner than expected!

  • We keep you informed throughout the process.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across only Sri Lanka, covering both urban and suburban locations.
Please note that remote or out-of-delivery areas may have longer lead times or may not be serviceable for COD.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on two main factors:

  1. Order Confirmation Timing

    • Orders confirmed before 12 PM (with successful bank transfer or COD confirmation) will usually be dispatched the same day.

    • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

  2. Delivery Location

    • Colombo suburbs: 2–3 business days

    • Other areas: 4–7 business days

    • Remote or rural areas: May take longer depending on courier availability

Note: We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard shipping may be free for select products or orders above a certain amount (check during checkout).

  • For Cash on Delivery, a small service fee may be applicable depending on the courier partner and delivery location.

  • You’ll always see any applicable charges clearly before you confirm your order.

Important Delivery Notes

  • For Cash on Delivery, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact payment.

  • For Bank Transfers, your order will be dispatched only after the payment is verified. Please send proof of payment promptly.

  • In rare cases like weather delays, strikes, or courier issues, delivery may take longer than estimated. We’ll always keep you updated.

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect address details may be delayed or returned.
